Some of the differences from the old traditional firmware are: ![]() Up the project and through some clever development effort managed to bring it back to life. Arduino or third party software is no longer required. MWOSD has an easy to use GUI configurator which has the added advantage of being able to flash firmware versions directly from within the GUI. Recent versions now provides full support for ArduPilot based FC. Just no video/telemmetry at all.I also tried to enable telemetry in the setup in Mission Planner but that did nothing.MWOSD is a very popular OSD which has been around for many years initially supporting the muiltiwii based autopilots - iNav, betaflight, etc. To confirm, I do have the special cable plugged into Pixhawk Telem 2 port and I get 2 blue flashing LEDs on the MiniM OSD. The VTX feeds out 5V so I assume the battery connection shown in the diagram is not needed. ![]() The closest wiring diagram I could find is the one off APM Copter (as attached) the only difference being the power supply: My video TX has a power in connection which I connect straight to the battery balance lead (3S). To be sure the plugs are good, I connected them directly to each other (via a y-lead) and video is good. I then cut the cable between the VTX and camera and attached 3 pin servo-type plugs to each end and tried to run it via the OSD but I get nothing (just lines/dots on the screen). ![]() To start with, everything was fine when I connected the video camera directly to video TX – video imagery looks great. I have done some searches but can’t seem to find a wiring diagram for my specific components. I am trying to get OSD onto the video stream from my X-5 wing.
